Apartments for rent
We are looking for apartment rentals for Czech clients on the sunny Black Sea coast. Access to the sea and beaches is within walking distance and most complexes have above-standard equipment. Pools in the complexes are a matter of course.
Real estates for sale
Bulgaria is currently the biggest interest from Czech clients. Properties can be purchased here for a third of the price and the local sea and beaches are suitable for both families with children and seniors enjoying retirement age.
Buyers of Bulgarian real estate pay:
- real estate transfer tax in the range from 2.5 to 3.0% of the purchase price without VAT.
- fees for legal services from 0.5 – 1% of the purchase price.
- fees for notary services – depends on the purchase price of the property, with a maximum fee of 1,500 EUR.
- participation of an interpreter during the signing of the contract approx. 100 EUR.
- registration fee at the Tax Office – BULSTAT approx. 50 EUR.
- registration in the Real Estate Cadastre: 0.1% of the purchase price
The total cost of taxes and fees associated with the purchase of real estate is on average 7 – 10% of the purchase price.
